The Etobicoke wilderness Survival Group was started with the soul idea that everyone should have some idea about what to do if thay get lost or stranded somewhere that may see them having to send a night or two in the wilderness and also a place where survivalist can meet and trade information .

The agenda will include a short hike on the trails running from Steeles Ave to the Finch and Hwy 427 parklands, edible plants, what to look for when setting up snares on game trails, setting up a survival camp, night lines for survival fishing and how to prepare yourself for survival issues that might arise.
